The Ampersand Walk 2007

Thank-you for volunteering your feet in the Ampersand Walk!

And thank-you to those walkers that have already returned their sponsorship money and receipt books. Your fundraising has exceeded expectations!

To the rest of you please note: the fundraising deadline is fast approaching.

It's time to get your family, mates and colleagues to honour their pledges of support... We need those sponsorship dollars by
Friday 16th November.

But please don't send cash in an envelope! To ensure your sponsorship money arrives securely:

  • Send in a cheque or money order (made out to ‘Ampersand Walk’, with your team name printed on the back) to 537 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy North 3068; or

  • Deposit your donations at a National Australia Bank branch or via electronic transfer to NAB account ‘Ampersand Walk’ (BSB 083 457 A/C 87449 3627). Please ensure you enter your team name in the ‘transaction description’ or ‘deposited by’ field.

Providing your team name is critically important... It is the only way we can know to direct your money to the organisation you've nominated to support!

Your contribution, together with funds raised by other teams, will be transferred to your chosen organisation after the fundraising deadline.

Fundraising laws also require us to have all sponsorship booklets returned. We ask that these are also sent (with all pages intact, regardless of whether they have been written on) to the Brunswick Street address by Friday 16th November.

And don't forget that there are four
Fitness HQ gym memberships up for grabs! A terrific reward for the team that raises the most money!

Thank-you all again for supporting the inaugural Ampersand Walk!

And watch this space for the fundraising count...
